El Ameer Mediterranean is located at 260 North Road, (off Route 9) in Poughkeepsie, directly across from Marist College. Our restaurant is available for private parties up to 60 people. Nicely decorated with Mediterranean pictures and views, we run our restaurant the Mediterranean way – passionate and homey with a little flair.

With an emphasis on organic fruits and vegetables, grains and legumes, the Mediterranean diet combines delicious taste with health-supportive ingredients as few other cuisines do, a bit different in character, age and feel. Wherever you are, something you can always be assured of is a warm welcome.
